On September 26, 2019, Matthieu was working on the D23 "Oogie Boogie Bash" video project. He is recognized for doing an outstanding job leading a "B-unit crew" grabbing B-Roll during the event. This was his first time being in charge of a crew on his own and his instincts were on point. Especially, when the crew had recorded some content that was not on the approved list and his ability to communicate that promptly and professionally. Matthieu has an outstanding skill set with being personable and professional. He is always eager to help out with any task and has a positive attitude.
