As a freelance producer with 7+ years of experience in the film and TV industry, I’ve had the pleasure of working for major studios and production companies like Disney or ITV Americas, and I’ve created award-winning projects such as the feature film "The Thursday Night Club" and the reality-TV show "Divine Renovation". My journey has taken me across five countries, giving me a unique, international perspective. Whether it’s managing budgets, coordinating teams, or crafting compelling stories, I’m passionate about every aspect of production. Explore my site to discover more about my work and what drives me.
I plan and organize film projects from start to finish. I set goals, manage budgets, and make sure everything goes smoothly.
I know how to handle money. I always aim to get the most out of our budget without spending too much.
I talk to a lot of people to get good deals, whether it's hiring actors and crew, working with vendors or engaging with distributors.
I work with many people in a film, from directors to crew. I make sure everyone understands the plan and the movie's goals.
I keep up with the latest trends and technologies in movies to make sure our films are up-to-date.
Besides all the planning and organizing, I also bring a creative touch to the projects I work on.
Making a movie has its challenges. I think about what could go wrong and find ways to avoid problems.
Hosted by television icon Erik Estrada, who often pitches in to do hard labor, Divine Renovation’s motto is “small fixes can make big miracles.”
What happens when home enhancements, a spiritual uplift, and Erik Estrada show that kindness matters?
The Thursday Night Club is a feature film that will brighten and illuminate your Christmas celebration. When a young woman filled with the Christmas spirit suffers a devastating loss, her four closest friends work to bring the spirit back to her by helping others. Is it possible to live the Christmas spirit all year long? Watch The Thursday Night Club and find out.
Frustrated by endless political spin and short unsatisfying sound bites on news programs, the Covid America team set out to capture the true stories of Americans living in big cities and small, from metropolitan areas to rural farmland. Despite the possible risk of exposure, the Covid America crew traveled over 3,500 miles, visited 8 states and interviewed dozens of people across many industries to find out how people from New York City to Houston, Texas are coping with this new way of life.
“When you come to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, there are so many ways to immerse yourself in our stories, but a parade is a unique experience because it’s the only way for you, as the audience, to stay in one place and have so many stories, characters and magical moments pass right in front of you,” said David Duffy, creative director for Disney Live Entertainment. “We’ve designed the ‘Magic Happens’ floats so that characters, scenes and surprises are revealed a little at a time, making each float a journey of discovery.”
“Magic Happens” includes something for everyone and will be enjoyed by guests of all ages. This new parade features nine newly designed floats, highlighting magic from classic Walt Disney Animation Studios tales such as “The Sword in the Stone,” “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty,” to more recent stories including “Frozen 2,” “Moana” and “The Princess and the Frog,” as well as Disney and Pixar’s “Coco.” The new floats were created as pieces of moving art, with their lines and aesthetic design working to tell a story along the parade route, while also evoking a sense of magic.
“This parade celebrates the way magic affects both the characters in the stories and the guests who are watching,” says Jordan Peterson, show director for Disney Live Entertainment. “‘Magic Happens’ is like a love letter to those special transformative moments.”
In addition to the stunning floats, the parade route along Main Street, U.S.A., will be filled with dynamic performers and more than two dozen Disney and Pixar characters. The parade’s costume design draws inspiration directly from modern runways, making each costume look fashion-forward, yet uniquely Disney. Many performers and characters in “Magic Happens” will don all-new costumes, specifically made for this parade.

While the music and stories seen in “Magic Happens” are rooted in iconic Disney lore, the soundtrack and choreography are heavily influenced by today’s pop culture designers, putting a contemporary spin on the classic Disney hits. “Magic Happens” features an energetic musical score and new songs, co-composed by singer-songwriter, Todrick Hall.
“This is a full circle moment for me,” said Hall, who began his career at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida as a performer in “Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage.” “I learned how to dance from watching Disney parades, so the fact that I am getting to create the music that these iconic Disney characters are going to be performing to is pretty much the most epic thing that has happened to me in my life!”
“Magic Happens” is a whimsical and joyous procession that allows the Disney magic to shine through. The parade features distinct stories with a mix of characters, making it feel contemporary and classic, fun and regal, and surprising and familiar – all at the same time. On September 26, 2019, Matthieu was working on the D23 "Oogie Boogie Bash" video project. He is recognized for doing an outstanding job leading a "B-unit crew" grabbing B-Roll during the event. Matthieu has an outstanding skill set with being personable and professional. He is always eager to help out with any task and has a positive attitude. Also, Matthieu was engaging with our Character Manager assigned to the project, helping to keep the crew on schedule and focused. He is a valuable asset to our team showing great promise.
